The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice that it's close to the strip. The casino area is quite smoky. Service at the restaurant was slow, especially during breakfast. Pools are well-kept, great for relaxing after a long day. Had trouble with the hot water during my stay. Overall a decent place if you're on a budget.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The casino had a decent selection of games, but the hallways were a bit smelly and could use maintenance. Good location near restaurants and a pool area that looked nice. No dining options after hours, which was disappointing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable! My room was spotless with a fantastic view of the clean pool. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi – pure bliss!

I can’t believe how awful the check-in experience was. We showed up early but were treated like an inconvenience. When we finally got to our room, it was dirty and even occupied! Total chaos and super unprofessional service. So frustrating!

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Temperature control was adequate, keeping the environment pleasant. noise from the adjacent gym woke us up early; it felt like an earthquake at 7:45 AM. The room had a strong cigarette smell, and despite my request for air freshener, the front desk claimed they were fully booked, which seemed odd given the available rooms online. There was no microwave, and the lack of HDMI access for personal devices felt limiting. Breakfast in the upstairs restaurant was satisfactory, a nice improvement from last year.

First impressions count. The initial room was shoddy—broken TV, a drawer that wouldn't close. But I was moved to a nicer room instantly. Staff? Exceptional. They turned a last-minute disaster into a pleasant stay. the facility's upkeep is troubling. The casino feels outdated; sticky carpets and poor maintenance don’t evoke the charm of nostalgia. There's smoke everywhere, which was a shock to us from British Columbia. the restaurant's waitstaff was wonderful, and breakfast was satisfying. basic amenities need serious attention. With some improvements, this place could genuinely shine. There’s promise here, but it’s overshadowed by neglect.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up the exciting action-packed casino and catching all the sports games at the William Hill Sports Book. It was like we were living in a real-life movie scene!
If there was a more happening nightlife vibe with cool events or parties, it would have been the ultimate teen paradise! .

My recent stay at Silver Seven was a mixed experience. The hotel had some positive features, but there were also some aspects that fell short of expectations. I appreciated the convenient location near the strip, making it easy to explore restaurants and attractions on foot. The maid service was helpful, and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of my room with a pretty view outside. there were certain drawbacks that affected my stay. The hotel hallways had a lingering smell of smoke, despite being labeled as non-smoking. The description of the room mentioned a microwave that was missing, which was disappointing. the bathroom layout was quite tight, making it uncomfortable to use. One of the notable inconveniences was the small and malfunctioning elevator that led to the rooms, causing discomfort and even leading to my kids' wagon getting stuck. The hotel setup requiring passing through the casino to reach the rooms was not family-friendly. the lack of services like easy ordering at the pool area gave the impression of being left to fend for oneself. Despite some friendly staff members, interactions with security and front desk personnel could be hit or miss. The security detail, although generally good people, could be overly strict with certain rules, creating unnecessary hassle. while Silver Seven had its perks like a convenient location and pleasant room views, there were several areas that need improvement, such as air quality, room amenities, and operational efficiency.

I had the pleasure of encountering the most charming carpet in the hallway, like a piece of art. The casino smell just added that extra touch of class to my stay. Quite the experience!

the rooms at silver sevens are clean, and the hotel's close to the airport. you can even walk to the strip if you feel like it. the staff are super friendly and always greet you. and hey - the 24-hour café serves great food!

I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but my stay at this hotel turned out to be quite enjoyable. I upgraded my room to the tower and found it clean and updated. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they quickly resolved any issues I had. The Silver Spoon Cafe had delicious food, including a must-try chili, and the coffee was the best I've had in any restaurant. The location was perfect for my business needs, with easy access to the Convention Center and nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
Housekeeping was a major issue during my stay, with one particular staff member behaving rudely and even threatening me and my child. This needs to be addressed by management to improve the overall experience of guests.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid, friendly dining options.

The location of the hotel is great, just a mile from the main street and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of parking available.
We were disappointed that the rooms we reserved were not next to each other as requested, causing inconvenience for my romantic escape. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property was lacking, with stained bed sheets and a general uncleanliness throughout.

Our first night was a bit challenging as our room was near the fire station and we were disturbed by the loud alarms throughout the night. However, the manager was able to find us a quieter room for the rest of our stay and even provided additional beds for our comfort. The pool area was enjoyable, and the location had easy access to transportation. I'd recommend this hotel.

the pool area was fantastic and the restaurant served the best meals in town. the staff were wonderful and accommodated us when we had issues with our room. the hotel is also conveniently located near the strip, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
